Business owners who understand each other, sharing wins and setbacks.
A non-profit for business owners in Ahmedabad
Leaders' Lab is a peer group of business owners who meet every week to work through real problems together, with business resources and a leadership coach behind them.
About
Running a business can be lonely. The decisions are yours, and there are few people you can talk to about them honestly.
Leaders' Lab brings business owners together so that nobody has to work it out alone. It's a non-profit: it exists for its members, not for returns, and it's run efficiently.
What we do
Being a member brings all three together, at whatever stage your business is.
Business owners who understand each other, sharing wins and setbacks.
Toolkits, templates and expert-led sessions on finance, legal, marketing, fundraising and operations, and one-to-one time with an expert on a problem in your own business.
The skills that matter as you grow: making decisions, hiring, communicating and leading through uncertainty. Every member is paired with a coach.
How the Lab works
Membership of Leaders' Lab is the program. Here it is in plain numbers.
Members bring real problems from their own businesses and work through them together.
Who it's for
How to join
Tell us about yourself, your venture and what you want help with. We reply within two working days.
Join the circle and get paired with a coach.
Use the resources, attend sessions and apply what you learn.
Mentor the next group of founders.
You can sit in on one session as a guest before you apply. Guests agree to the circle rules for that session.
Membership runs from 1 January to 31 December, and the intake is in December. You can also join during the year: your investment covers only the months that remain, and a bridge session prepares you for the circle.
Not for profit
Every program runs on a not-for-profit basis. Members cover only the real costs of running the Lab, and that share is your investment. Nothing is added on top, and nobody profits from a member taking part.
What's recovered is the cost of the venue, materials, stationery and logistics.
Once you're a member, you can ask to see the Lab's financials. Anyone else with a genuine reason to see them can ask too.
Members and friends of the Lab can cover a fellow founder's costs, so that money is never the reason someone misses out.
